M7: Strengths Test
For This assignment I decided to do the strength test and implement 3 new ways on how I could improve them. Many of my strengths at the top were equal, so I just used the top 3 it showed. Self Control: 1) The first way I tried to improve my self control was to simply look at the big picture. I felt like if I was able to look a the big picture, I would not rush things and overwhelm myself and skip the details. This was good for me because I knew that each little thing I did was going to be used in that big picture. 2) Next, i really just tried to relax. If I was able to slow things down and focus on one thing at a time, I believe I could control my emotions on not over do it. This really helped this week as i had big projects due and not a lot of time to do them, but by relaxing I was able to control my thoughts and get things down. 3) Lastly, I made sure I got plenty of sleep.
